Description
Gas Sensor Module suitable for sensing combustible gas, Smoke, Alcohol, Propane, Hydrogen, Methane and Carbon dioxide concentrations in the air.
- Includes two LED's to indicate power and gas alarm trigger
- Adjustable Gas level trigger can be used to fine tune gas sensitivity
- When gas exceeds trigger level TTL signal (D0) set HIGH
- Use the analog ping (A0) to continuously monitor gas levels
- There are four screw holes for easy installation
Perfect for use with to be used with and Arduino or with our Flex Radio module.
Wireless Gas Sensor
Here is a prototype set-up picture of the module connected to the Flex radio module.
Specification
- Product dimensions: 32 x 20 x 15 (L x W x H)
- Chip: LM393, ZYMQ-2 gas sensors
- Working voltage: DC 5V
- Detection of gas: combustible gases, fumes
- Detectable concentration: 300-10000ppm (flammable gas)
Electrical properties
- Input voltage: DC5V
- Power consumption (current): 150mA
- DO output: TTL digital 0 and 1 (0.1 and 5V)
- AO output: 0.1 - 0.3V (relative to pollution), the maximum concentration of a voltage of about 4V
- After the sensor is powered there is a 20 second warm up period before the sensor stabilizes, which is normal
Pinouts
- CC: positive power supply (5V)
- GND: power supply is negative
- DO: TTL switching signal output
- AO: analog signal output
